SEATTLE

Everett is the county seat of and the largest city in Snohomish County, Washington. Facing the coastal waterlines, it is located 25 miles north of Seattle and is one of the main cities in the Puget Sound region serving the major employers like Boeing or the Lewis-McChord military base.
EASTSIDE
The Eastside refers to a collective list of suburbs outside Seattle located on the east side of Lake Washington. It is a thriving community that is comprised of cities like Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah, Newcastle, and Mercer Island.
NORTHEND
Nestled on the north end of Seattle, a number of residential communities like Edmonds, Lynwood, Lake Forest Park and Shoreline create a bucolic environment outside the business of Seattle. These northwest Seattle suburbs have gorgeous views of Puget Sound.
SNOHOMISH
Snohomish is the oldest and best preserved city in the Greater Seattle area. The city’s historic district boasts many beautiful Victorian and Art Deco-era homes built around the turn of the century. Beyond the downtown historic district, the river and Harvey Airfield, are stunning valley farmlands, lined by gorgeous mountain views. Further in any direction, are rolling hills, both farmland, forest, and suburban sprawls.
